August is always a busy month for me. I have a lot of kids and we have so much to do to get ready for school starting again. New backpacks, new clothes, new shoes, water bottles … lots of shopping. So I don’t have tons of time to devote to working out. 

This one is a great way to get in a good hard sweat when you need a short workout. You’ll be energized for a big shopping trip once you’ve got this one under your belt!

I took this original great 45 minute workout and trimmed it to be a 20 minute cardio workout! You’ll still get so sweaty and you’ll have a spring in your step! You’ll love the Windmill Turn and the Jacks section. Give it your all for this 20 minute cardio workout!
