welcome to

I can’t do any tricks on the trampoline. Or the diving board. I’m too much of a scaredy cat. The best move I have on a tramp is a seat-drop, and for the diving board a back-dive. So you can deduce that all I have for the ground is a somersault and a pathetic cartwheel. People who can do tricks on land, water or in the air are great jumpers with well developed fast twitch muscle fibers. I wish I had that too. But because I enjoy hopping, skipping and even jumping rope, I do actually work on developing my fast twitch muscle fibers. I wish that could transfer into doing cool tricks and flips, but I’ll take the fun factor without the danger in these simple moves.

Hop scotch, jump rope and skipping are excellent HIIT training exercises. And since these moves aren’t in and of themselves hard to understand for the brain, they are perfect for this NOT COMPLICATED workout! It’s time to choreograph a routine people can do that are looking for a physical challenge, but don’t like to get lost in combination changes. Three moves that fit the bill are HOPPING, SKIPPING & JUMPING! This routine came together easily using these HIIT moves to get the heart rate and sweat we’re looking for. The review will keep that cardio up there while keeping things easy for the brain to remember.

You are just a HOP, SKIP & a JUMP from your next favorite workout! If you struggle to keep up with complicated choreography, this workout is for you! You get the heart rate, sweat and work you’re looking for in your exercise routine, but without the feeling of barely hanging on. This routine is easy on the brain, but challenging for the body. Feel confident in this workout with each combination that takes your body to the limit, but not your brain! Your favorite moves will be the Lunge Hop, Tuck Jump and double skate.

28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
