Do you ever overthink things? Like really complicate something that is simple at its core? I feel like I overthink things a lot. If I just step back long enough, I can see it more clearly. As I was choreographing a new workout, I decided it would be fun to complicate it. The choreography is simple enough at its core, but once you learn it, we take it apart and switch sides and switch the beginning. Yep! I kind of overthought on this one!

This super fun 10 minute cardio workout you can do at home is full of the challenge you need to trim down. The aerobics combinations will repeat on the other side once you’ve gone all the way through it, just like a boomerang! Don’t waste your exercise time with soft workouts. You will burn a ton of calories and tone your legs in every minute of this 10 minute workout. Your favorite move will be the Soccer Kicks!          The verse I share during the stretch devotional is Matthew 10:29-31. I am a Christian aerobics instructor and I believe in bringing God’s love into every workout.
