Don’t make your at home workout complicated! This fun cardio workout you can do at home combines major cardio intensity, with FUN and adds in toning. So you have all you need in this one intermediate aerobics routine! What is your favorite thing to do when it’s pouring rain outside? Jump in puddles, kick up water, swing your umbrella?? You’ll be bringing your own rain for this entire workout! As you jump, splash and kick through the “water” you will get your heart rate up and tone your legs and core! Your fave moves will be the Roger Rabbit and the Charlie’s Angels Skate! I am a devout Christian aerobics instructor and I believe in bringing God’s love into every workout!

 

Being from Arizona, I have never experienced very much rain. So when it did rain, it was exciting! Playing, dancing, singing, jumping … we would do all of it! After moving to Tennessee, rain has become a regular occurrence. But its magic is not lost on me. My two youngest have rain boots, and my 4 year old looks for puddles in the parking lot on our way into the store. We actually own umbrellas too! We just have to remember to take them with us even if it isn’t currently raining. Does rain give you energy too?
