Here’s a shout out to the MIDDLE MAN of our bodies – the core! In this quick ab workout, you will engage your core throughout to keep your balance. Control the movements that take you side to side, back to front, up and down with always taking it back to the middle. For most of the movements, we pass through the middle to continue the swing or motion to the other side. This creates a concentration in the core to balance yourself. It’s a great way to do functional strength training. Your fave moves will be the Touchdown Knee and the Rag Wringer.
