May starts off with some Latin for Cinco de Mayo! Next we have a great cardio workout, Hop Skip & a Jump,  that is more simple on the brain than most of my workouts, but still hard on the body – not as many changes with plenty of review. The 10 minute workout, Big Sweep, feels good and gets the calories burned for when you’re short on time. Finally, a super fun Happy Dance. This one is more complicated so you’ll wanna use this as your workout while you rewind lots for review! Enjoy!
