Almost no time for a workout? Don’t worry, BUMPY & SMOOTH will take care of that for you! In this fun 10 minute workout you will have two parts to each challenge: plyometrics and control. Each section has bumpy movements that require speed or jumping and a smooth move to engage your core and focus your balance. You’ll pick up these moves quickly and enjoy the ride for sure, and 10 minutes of sweat will be over before you know it! And your habit of working out will be in place!
