This month we celebrate summer and some fun American pass times – Boy Band concerts and neighborhood softball. You will feel like you’ve taken the stage with N’SYNC or New Kids on the Block with my 45 minute fun cardio workout coming out the first week of July.  If you have ever played even just a pick up game of baseball or softball, you’ll feel the muscle memory kick in for my 30 minute fun cardio workout that lands the second week. Starting new this month, there’s a “Third Week Throwback” workout – which is a trimmed workout from a previous month – every third week of the month. This month we’ve got an army workout. And lastly, a quick cardio core workout that focuses on posture.
