This is a good one to do real quick before you settle in to watch your favorite show, or tack it on the end of another workout to get an extra burn and focus on your core. As you concentrate on balancing your body while only moving 1 leg, your core tightens. You can do it! In fact you can do it twice! Your fave moves will be the Turkish Sit-Ups!
