Get your 90’s boy band merch out for this fun 20 minute cardio workout you can do at home! If you remember any moves from NKOB, Backstreet Boys, NSYNC or even the latest One Direction, you are ready for this workout. We will tone your abs using moves that take you all around and even to the ground. Use the rewind button for the trickier moves, but you will get a great workout in just 20 minutes! Your fave moves will be the Microphone Reach and the Boys’ Band Squats. (this workout is trimmed from the original 45 minute aerobics class)
