Did you ever make a mix tape of the songs you liked back in the day? Your favorite songs all in one place that really motivate you and make you wanna dance? This is aging myself, but I did that for sure! Seriously, the ’80’s & ’90’s had some great hits! And I was always making up dances to these songs, like: “Forever Your Girl” & “Opposites Attract” by Paula Abdul, “Heaven is a Place on Earth” by Belinda Carlisle, “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” & “How Will I Know” by Whitney Houston, “Hold On” by Wilson Phillips. Raise your hand if you’ve heard of and love these songs! These songs make me want to celebrate life and move!! 

“I’m fun! Yes, I have fun! I’m a fun person!” – this is what I tell myself after watching some of my past workout videos. I just appear reserved. When I teach a live class, I’m a little crazy with my sound effects and cuing and mess ups and laughing! It’s time I start realizing that I can bring all this into my recorded workouts too!
