Tucked away in my back pocket are some of my fave abdominal exercises. It’s good to keep it interesting and fun while you get a good core toning session in. Functional strength training is well suited to moms raising families. We often use our cores to get housework done and anything to do with parenting children. Up and down, left and right and all around.

This fun 10 minute ab workout is all over the place! We start out with some standing exercises that are a little outside of the box. When we get down to the ground, we are wayyy outside the box!
