This ain’t your momma’s workout! No marching in place here – just madness for 15 minutes! And with the FUN factor! You’ll sweat like a mother doing this fun cardio workout at home. Feel yourself reaching your fitness goals as you jump high and lunge deep! Your favorite move will be the “Y” Stomp! (this workout has been trimmed down from its original 30 minute version) As always, we end our workout with an uplifting Christian message.
