Batter up! This summer activity gets an aerobics makeover! Here’s a bit of America’s favorite pastime in a short 15 minute workout! Your gonna burn calories, your core and your legs! In this trimmed down class, you’ll play defense to get your heart rate up – and drenched in sweat! Your favorite moves will be Ground Ball & the Pitcher! Let’s play ball!!!
