I used to teach music to children in my church.  A favorite song to get all the wiggles out is “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes”. If you’ve ever done this with your kids, you know how much of a workout it can be to do this song faster and faster each time. Even though this song was the inspiration for this head to toe workout, we don’t actually do the motions of the song. All the choreography moves from the head to the shoulders to the knees then to the toes! 

From head to toe you will feel this short 10 minute cardio workout you can do at home. This is not your toddler’s workout… You will be sweating buckets and toning up. Keep going through both sections to maximize your heart rate. Go lower in your squats and higher in your jump shots to get the most out of your 10 minutes doing this workout at home. You can do the review from the top as many times as you want to really get soaked. Your favorite move will be the Star Touches in this one!
