When you only have 10 minutes to workout, you don’t want to waste any of your precious exercise time. This cardio workout that you can do at home is fun and intense! My original choreography in this aerobics class fills every minute with sweaty cardio, and toning for your core and legs! Engage your abs when you lean back for the Big Ball Change. Take your legs with you in your pulsing Switch Lunges. You would be able to hold a hand of cards with all of these fun moves, you might even be able to play! If you play a lot of card games, you spend a lot of time examining your hand and creating strategy. My siblings and I grew up playing lots of cards. And I’ve taught my own children many games as well. Some of my favorites are Nerts, Spoons and Speed. I know what you’re thinking: simulating a card game in a workout wouldn’t really be a workout. True. For this at home workout, the choreography came first and then I thought of a common theme for all these moves. So this aerobics class you can do at home ended up reminding me of a card game.
