Sometimes August can feel just as busy as December. There’s lots of back to school shopping going on, similar to the December gift shopping. There are extra errands like doctor’s appointments, school tours, schedule change requests (that was a 2 hour long line for me once).

Don’t forget the school supplies too! That’s a lengthy trip to make sure you get everything on those lists. So think of this workout as your own school supply list. You need a good workout that’s hard enough and won’t waste the few minutes you have to exercise. Boom. Done.
